We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Relations and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Set up appointments and manage the firm's calendar.
- Reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and determine how our services can assist them.
- Attend presentations and conferences to represent the firm, hand out materials, collect potential client information, and schedule
- follow-up appointments.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's client base and enhance business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with MyCase is a plus).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to attend and assist with presentations and conferences.
